Which one do you suggest for whitening the teeth?

Which one do you suggest: To go for whitening the teeth by dentist or use the Crest Whitestrips?
As you know dentist do the whitening with their own special dentistry tools on one or two sessions too.
If you suggest to use the Crest Whitestrips instead, please mention the reason why you suggest that?

And do you suggest any other whitening or bleach product which are so costly and are really good(beside toothpastes or washing liquid) to whiten the teeth?(if so plz mention the name and cost of them too).

Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!

For home remedies.

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.

Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.

Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.

If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here’s something for you!

Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night

You will get the best results from a dentist. The only issue is the cost which can range from 500-1000. I have had this done once and my teeth were extremely sensitive for quite a few days. Great results though.
The best whitening strips that I have found are the Crest Original White strips. They are the 2 times a day for 14 days as opposed to the premium that only last 7 days. For some reason, they seem to last longer and they give you better results. You can do this every 6 months instead of 2 yrs for the in-office dental treatment. The only problem is that you can get sensitive teeth and gums, but if that happens, just stop using for a day or 2 and it goes away.
I have tried other brands as i am kinda a white tooth junkie with poor results. I also use whitening toothpaste and mouthwash daily to maintain between treatments. Hope this helps!
